Hospice Care in Westchester & Putnam focuses on the medical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the individual and their family through the assistance and care of nurses, social workers, other professionals and trained volunteers.
Hospice enables patients to remain at home with quality of life and physical comfort. We coordinate all services including hospital care, if needed, so that continuity of care is maintained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
